The project involved the demolition and reconstruction of a pair of three-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached properties originally constructed in 1921. Each dwelling featured rear ground-floor extensions accommodating kitchen areas and retained external WC structures, typical of the period.

Both properties sustained extensive structural and fire damage as a result of a severe field fire during the summer of 2022, rendering them beyond economic repair. The reconstruction works required full site clearance, followed by the design and build of new dwellings in accordance with current Building Regulations.
