Following a major fire that rendered the properties beyond repair, JP Bedfords managed the full demolition and reconstruction of a pair of prefabricated aluminium-framed bungalows originally constructed in 1948.

The existing structures, already well beyond their intended lifespan, were found to have inadequate foundations unsuitable for modern construction. The re-development involved the design and construction of new timber-framed and masonry buildings with entirely new foundations, engineered to meet current ground conditions and structural requirements.
