One end unit was destroyed beyond repair and required full demolition, while the neighbouring unit sustained significant structural and service damage. Maintaining a uniform external appearance across the terrace was essential for the wider estate. JP Bedfords were appointed to manage the complete reinstatement. This included producing design drawings, securing Planning Approval, coordinating full demolition, specifying the rebuild, obtaining competitive tenders, and managing all contract administration and CDM responsibilities through to completion. JP Bedfords also oversaw all contractors and M&E engineers from their approved supply chain to ensure seamless delivery. The rebuilt unit and repaired adjoining property were completed on time , within budget, and to an excellent standard.
