Following a significant fire incident, the top (third) floor and roof structure of the subject residential block were completely destroyed.

The lower floors sustained extensive secondary damage from water ingress as a result of firefighting operations and prolonged exposure to the elements. The building required comprehensive reinstatement works to restore it to habitable condition.

The property is part of a larger development comprising of multiple blocks.
