JP Bedfords managed the repair and reinstatement of a modern, three-storey detached dwelling following extensive fire damage.

The fire destroyed the rear Conservatory and Annexe, which required demolition to ground level and full reconstruction, and caused significant damage to the kitchen, dining room, and smoke contamination throughout the property. The project involved coordinating detailed structural engineering designs for the Conservatory roof, including two lantern rooflights, and producing comprehensive plans and elevations for Building Regulations approval. The replacement of a GRP swimming pool in the rear garden was carefully phased to provide access for the subsequent Conservatory and Annexe reconstruction. All works were planned and executed to ensure compliance with building regulations, and to ensure a seamless reinstatement of the property.
