JP Bedfords managed the repair of a Grade II listed, mid-19th century, three-storey building in use as a dental surgery following significant fire damage.

The rear two-storey extension’s roof was destroyed, causing damage to the consultation rooms below and smoke damage throughout. We coordinated structural designs, oversaw the repair works, and prepared and submitted applications for Planning and Listed Building consent, ensuring a compliant and carefully managed reinstatement.
