Following a severe fire in 2022, JP Bedfords managed the full reinstatement of a domestic bungalow.

The works included demolition and reconstruction of the timber-framed first floor and roof structure, incorporating structural steel beams to meet modern load-bearing and design standards. A comprehensive internal and external reinstatement was carried out to restore the property to its pre-loss condition.
