JP Bedfords Welcomes New Team Member: Chartered Surveyor Joe Darlaston
JP Bedfords is delighted to welcome Joe, an experienced Chartered Surveyor, who has joined our team to further strengthen our technical capability and service offering.
Joe studied Building Surveying at the University of the West of England, Bristol, graduating in 2001 before beginning his career in private practice in London. He became a Chartered Member of the RICS in 2003, demonstrating his early commitment to professional excellence.
His career has been varied and international, including time spent in Australia as a Building Control Surveyor, gaining valuable insight into overseas regulatory frameworks and construction practices. Since returning to the UK, Joe has developed over 15 years of specialist experience within the insurance sector, holding senior roles with Crawford & Company, Stream, and QuestGates.
Joining JP Bedfords in April 2025, Joe now specialises in project management of major loss insurance reinstatement projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. His approach is defined by technical proficiency, strong project leadership, and a commitment to delivering the highest professional standards.
We are pleased to welcome Joe to the team and look forward to the expertise and energy he brings to our growing practice.
