Team Achieves BDMA Tech (Ins) Accreditation

We are proud to announce that every member of our surveying team have successfully achieved the BDMA Insurance Technician designation, BDMA Tech (Claims), following the completion of an intensive programme of study, including 12 hours of coursework, a two-day training course, and a three-hour examination. Awarded by the British Damage Management Association (BDMA), this accreditation recognises professional competence in damage management principles within the insurance sector. The BDMA is the UK’s certifying body for damage management professionals, responsible for setting industry standards, delivering training, and accrediting practitioners involved in the recovery and restoration of damaged property. The BDMA Tech (Claims) qualification is specifically designed for professionals who are directly involved in property insurance claims. By gaining this accreditation, our team members have demonstrated a strong understanding of professional damage management practices, enabling them to support effective, compliant, and customer-focused claim outcomes. This achievement reinforces our commitment to professional excellence and to delivering the highest standards of service across property claims.
