JP Bedfords were appointed as Project Managers and Principal Designer to oversee the reinstatement of an engineering workshop that had been substantially damaged by fire.

We were responsible for designing the repair process, preparing the specification, competitively tendering the project, and managing all aspects of contract administration.

A key challenge was ensuring the business could continue operating during the works, which required compressed timescales and close coordination across the project team. Through careful planning and proactive management, the reinstatement was completed on schedule, minimising disruption to operations. Even with additional roof repairs identified during the project, the workshop was restored efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
