Throughout the design development process, we advise on statutory obligations, including Planning and Building Regulations, and handle all necessary approvals to ensure full compliance with local and national requirements.

Using NBS Chorus, we produce precise, technically robust specifications, and employ CAD software to generate detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualisations — helping our clients clearly understand and visualise the proposed works.

When combined with our Contract Administration and Health & Safety services, our design and specification offering becomes a fully integrated, professional service that supports successful project delivery from start to finish.
