JP Bedfords coordinated repairs to the Benedictine Catholic Social Centre following significant storm damage.

Sections of the flat roof over a 1990s extension were compromised, causing internal water damage and temporary closure of the facility. Roof repairs were prioritised and specified to comply with Building Regulation Part L, overcoming challenges from differing roof constructions by installing graded insulation to fall towards perimeter gutters. Internal reinstatement works were carefully phased under separate JCT Minor Works contracts to ensure the social centre’s deadline for reopening the concert room was achieved.
